Our meat is cooked in a Josper oven, and our pasta is homemade with the respect and passion demanded by locally-sourced ingredients, carefully selected to transport our guests back in time to original flavors.

The meat we carefully select comes from Black Angus cattle, 100% born and raised on the pastures of Transylvania. When it comes to flavors, we promise simplicity and, at the same time, sophistication.
