The prices and availability of the dishes offered by GASTHOF WAGNER SRL may change subsequently, influenced by external factors such as pricing policies of suppliers or the availability of raw materials used in production.

Definitions 

This site is maintained and administered by GASTHOF WAGNER SRL (legally registered), which will henceforth be referred to as the Company. The natural or legal person who visits and books through the website www.wagnersloft.ro is called the Client. The web address owned by the Company (www.wagnersloft.ro) will be generically referred to as the website www.wagnersloft.ro. Digital photos, texts, technical data, and other information found on the wagnersloft.ro website will henceforth be referred to as content.

The entire content of the site www.wagnersloft.ro is the property of the Company and its suppliers and is protected by copyright law (Law no. 8/1996). Unauthorized use of any of the elements listed above is punishable according to the laws in force (administrative, civil, or criminal). Therefore, the following are expressly prohibited: accessing the site www.wagnersloft.ro by automated devices or programs or manually copying the content, as well as reading or publishing the content by other companies or sites for comparison or analysis in any way.

Personal Data and Information Security

The personal data provided by the visitor will be used by the Company only for the stated purpose of this site. The information from the information/booking form is necessary to send you the booking/information confirmation; in no case will it be provided to a third party. The Company does not sell, offer, or exchange email addresses obtained through this site, nor does it disclose your email address to other people accessing the pages of this site without your explicit consent. According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, GASTHOF WAGNER SRL is obliged to manage safely and only for specified purposes, the personal data you provide about yourself, a family member or another person. The purpose of data collection is: informing the person about the booking made for the restaurant and about various promotions and news through the newsletter.

You are required to provide the data, which are necessary for booking/information. Your refusal determines the non-honor of the booking. The recorded information is intended for use by the operator.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to address justice. Also, you have the right to oppose the processing of personal data that concerns you and to request the deletion of data. Disclaimer of Liability

In case, for personal reasons, the information about the reservation (time, day, etc.) was incorrectly provided, the client must notify in a timely manner. Also, the images are presented on the site as an example, and the delivered products may differ from the images in any way, due to changes in characteristics, design, without prior notice by the manufacturers.

Delivery Terms

The delivery time of the products purchased from our company strictly depends on third parties with whom we work. The third parties are the delivery personnel. And our products are ordered strictly through various takeaway, food delivery platforms.

Return Conditions

The culinary dishes presented on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and certain characteristics may differ from the images. Wagner’s Loft may publish products/promotions on the website that are practiced by it within a certain period and within the limit of available stock. Thus, Wagner’s Loft reserves the right not to honor certain orders if these products are no longer part of the current offer.

Wagner’s Loft is responsible for resolving complaints or problems reported by customers regarding the quality of the products, their delivery, or any other aspects related to the preparation, sale, and delivery of the products after taking over the order transmitted through online platforms.

If upon verification, it is proven that the products do not meet the requirements stated by the client in the order form, the products will be replaced.

According to Article 16 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, the following are exempt from the right of return:

• Products made according to specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized;
• Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Fraud

ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THE PERSONAL DATA OF ANOTHER USER OR TO MODIFY THE CONTENT OF THE SITE www.wagnersloft.ro OR TO AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVER RUNNING OUR SITE WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD THE SITE www.wagnersloft.ro AND WILL TRIGGER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST THOSE WHO ATTEMPTED THIS ACT.

Disputes

Any dispute between Clients and the Company will be resolved amicably. If the conflict cannot be extinguished amicably, the competence returns to the Romanian courts.
